About Gina Bautti, President of PTP

Pediatric Therapy Professionals, Inc. (PTP) is an agency that I created in 2001 to address the Early Intervention needs of families in Western Pennsylvania. I graduated from Duquesne University with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 1996. I began my career in pediatric therapy and Early Intervention in Brooklyn, NY where I had the wonderful opportunity to provide services in multiple public and private schools as well as with various Early Intervention agencies. I knew that pediatric therapy was my passion, and I wanted to bring my knowledge and expertise to my hometown in order to be closer to my family and to make a difference in my community.

When I started PTP, I was the sole therapist and we provided services in one county. I always made sure that my main focus was doing what was best for my clients and their families and focusing on providing the highest possible quality of care. Over the years we have grown tremendously and we now work with approximately 100 therapists across 9 counties in Western Pennsylvania. I take great pride in what I do and in our agency's reputation. I interview every potential therapist in person to make sure that I select to work with only the top therapists to represent PTP in the field. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to work with an amazing group of therapists who possess the same enthusiasm, work ethic, and professionalism as myself. Most importantly, I have never lost sight of the fact that our biggest responsibility is to provide the highest quality of care for our families.

I have four children of my own, each with their own unique personalities, strengths, and challenges. Being a mother has helped me to develop a great deal of empathy toward families and their struggles. I welcome the opportunity for my agency to be able to assist and support families along their journeys with their children. It is a responsibility and honor that I hold in the highest regard.
